By accessing or using the services provided by beingsensibles, including but not limited to counselling sessions, training programs, workshops, and digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 

2. Eligibility

Our services are open to individuals aged 18 years and above. For minors (under 18), written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.

 

3. Nature of Services

beingsensibles offers:

  • Career & Personal Counselling: Support in career planning, emotional growth, self-development, and life guidance.
  • Occult Training Sessions: Educational and spiritual tools such as astrology, numerology, tarot, and energy healing practices.

These services are non-medical, non-therapeutic, and meant for self-awareness, learning, and personal development.

 

4. Booking & Payments

  • Sessions must be booked in advance through our official channels (website, phone, WhatsApp, or social media).
  • Full & Partial payment is required before the session unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment confirms your agreement to these Terms.
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, or third-party platforms (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal).

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days if applicable.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information during sessions
  • Respect the practitioner’s time and boundaries
  • Use all advice, tools, and training material for personal and ethical purposes only
  • Not record, duplicate, or distribute session content or training materials without permission

 

7. Confidentiality

All personal information and session content is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Exceptions may apply in cases involving:

  • Threat to life or safety
  • Legal obligations (e.g., court order)

 

8. Disclaimer

  • Our services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, or legal advice.
  • Results may vary from person to person depending on mindset, effort, and openness.
  • Occult practices are spiritual in nature and are intended for guidance, not prediction or guaranteed outcomes.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by beingsensibles, including course material, session tools, graphics, and written content, is the intellectual property of the company and cannot be copied, shared, or used commercially without prior written consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

beingsensibles is not liable for:

  • Any personal decision made based on our guidance
  • Emotional, mental, or physical outcomes resulting from participation
  • Technical issues during online sessions or training

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session/service.

 

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our official website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

 

12. Governing Law
